I booked two tours with SOS Travel, one full day and one half day and both were fabulous. From the pre-tour communication to the hotel pick-up and the knowledgeable Marrakech guide (who’s English was excellent), everything was executed perfectly. I learnt so much about Marrakech and the Islamic culture and everything was so interesting. My tour was tailor-made to my requirements and lunch recommendations were provided for me to choose from and reservations made on my behalf. I think if I had tried to see half of what I wanted on my own would have been difficult (our guide knowing all the short cuts through the Souk was a godsend!) so I would definitely recommend that a guided tour of Marrakech be booked through SOS Travel. I still remember all the details from that day at Imlil, from the moment my driver picked me up at my Riad near Palais Bahia (seems like the nice dream now ☺️) till I came back at night, everything was perfect and more than i really expected 😀
The driver was super friendly and professional, I enjoyed being in the complex while they’re producing the Argan oil which I recommend to everyone, my mom loves that oil and she’s telling me I should get more the next time I’m in Morocco so I’m sure I’m coming back to Morocco soon and getting more Argan Oil, they explain at the place how to make it and the different types of it.
My tour guide during roaming around Imlil and trekking through the beautiful mountains was super nice guy, his name was Hassan, such a gentle guy and kind. We then arrived at the house of the other Hassan, he accommodated me at his beautiful house and I enjoyed the most delicious meal I had in Morocco while having a breathtaking view on Imlil mountains 🏔️
That day was so special to me and I can’t wait to come back to Morocco and do the same trip with Sam and Adam @sostravel ☺️ they’re the best, Thank you guys 👏🏻😍
We used SOS travel transport to take us to and from Manzil for a relaxing pool day. We decided we would like to stay at the pool later than originally agreed so I messaged Sam. Sam responded quickly and nothing was too much trouble we were able to get a lift back to the riad a little later.
It was our first time in Marrakech and we met Sam and Adam on the flight, we had so many questions about the place and they helped us answer every one of them and made us feel at ease about traveling to Marrakech which is different to the places we normally travel to in Europe. They arranged transportation to and from the airport for us with their driver Mustapha who was excellent. I would recommend to get in touch with SOS travel about any questions about Marrakech or even if you want to book tours. Very genuine people who went out their way to help us!

A couple of weeks before the earthquake in Marrakech we had booked to travel to Morocco, I saw Sam from Sos on Twitter and realised that rather than cancelling our holiday we should definitely go. I contacted Sam and I have to say she was fantastic, I picked several trips that we wanted to do and Sam arranged them with Youseff who was to be our driver for several days of our holiday. Youseff was so good, taking us to the Agafay Desert to go camel riding and have traditional Moroccan food in a Berber tent! We visited le jardin majorelle and the YSL museum and even did a trip to Essasouria which was a lovely place and somewhere to return to in the future. Our last day was a guided tour through the souk with Najib, which stood us in a good place to go there on our own the next day. All in all one of the best holidays and thanks to Sam and SOS travel
Sam kindly arranged two trips for us- the first into the Medina. Collection from the hotel, provision of a fantastic guide and then safely taken back to the hotel again. The second (with the same driver) transfers to and from Jardin Marjorelle. The process from booking to completion of the trips was so straightforward and really helped us to feel safe and secure during our first trip to wonderful Morocco.
