Ouzoud Waterfalls (1 Day)

About

Ouzoud Waterfalls are located near the Moyen Atlas village of Tanaghmeilt, in the province of Azilal, 150 km northeast of Marrakech, in Morocco. Ouzoud means “the act of grinding grain” in Berber. This seems to be confirmed by the frequent mills in the region.

Itinerary

Pick up from your hotel/riad in Marrakech at 8am. Discover the most dramatic of Morocco’s waterfalls with overhanging cafés and pools to plunge into, Ouzoud waterfalls! At a height of 100 metres The Cascades d’Ouzoud are the most spectacular in Morocco, an amphitheatre of waterfalls falling into pools in a lush valley that remain hidden till the last moment.
